Mr. Ian is a new addition to the High Road team this year. However, it is nearly impossible to tell with his professional attitude, rapport with the students, and flexibility. Ms. Kim has done a phenomenal job acting as a team player for everyone within the High Road School so far this year. She is always willing to share her time between classrooms to help cover staff that are out of the building, in meetings, or to just lend an extra helping hand. Additionally, Ms. Kim has taken on the responsibility of organizing Best CASE Friday every week and has done a fabulous job doing so. Allie Crews is a new addition to the High Road team for the 2020-2021 school year and has proved to be a collaborative and positive member of the team. Allie works in the newest in-district classroom where she uses her collaborative approach to problem-solve all aspects of her classroom. She has taken on this challenging year as a new educator head-on and has supported her students and staff by using her resources to figure out how to support various students while also maintaining the integrity of the scope and sequence to keep academics aligned and students on grade-level! Mrs. Allyson was nominated by the directors of the High Road School of Cecil County as the “Golden Teacher” of the month. Ms. Britney has stepped up as a leader within her classroom this year. She brings enthusiasm and support to both her teaching team and students every day. Recently, Ms. Britney arose for the challenge of ensuring her classroom ran smoothly and efficiently while Mr. Malcolm was out of the building.
