Hezekiah Always Has A Smile On His Face

When at school, Hezekiah has participated in academic lessons by volunteering to assist the teacher with writing on the board and has been a great example to his peers of positive behavior and redirection. Hezekiah always has a smile on his face and has lately been exceptionally helpful with assisting staff and peers. He encourages his classmates to try harder, and works by example. Helping Josiah Access His Academics

Josiah has only been with us for a month and has already had so much growth and improvement! When he first came safety and schoolwork were the two biggest concerns. His elopement behavior has drastically decreased in comparison to the last school and the beginning of the month. Ms. Brown has been an effective paraprofessional in the Fifth Year Transition Classroom for two years. Ms. Brown has worked successfully with two delightful non-verbal students. Will has shown such maturity over the last few months. He is the one student that has really learned to take his weaknesses and turned them into strengths. December Student of the Month

Our student of the month for December is Liam! Liam has done a great job adjusting to a new classroom and making even more friends. He has risen to the challenges that come with switching classrooms such as advocating for himself as his teachers get to know him. In addition, Liam has set a goal to make it to Blue day 100. Our staff of the month for December is Ms. Gibson! Ms. Gibson is one of our social workers and our Fun Friday coordinator.
