Jeff, always been a rock star! However, within the past month, he has set up and has been the driving force behind LMS. He takes on responsibilities outside of the normal role and has an awesome impact on the students he works with. He is able to effectively handle co-teaching virtual students as well as in person students. Jeffs ability to use therapeutic approach and diffuse situations helps the success of the program. He is the epitome of what High Road expects from their staff.
Jeff has stepped up to the plate this month to help carry LMS team. He has stepped out of his comfort zone by taking lead of the classroom management and behaviors, reached out for assistance when needed, and stayed humble on the toughest of days this school year yet. His willingness to accept responsibility, being a true team player, and fostering trust within the team.
Jeff has been an amazing team player this year. He has stepped up and taken the lead in the classroom when other staff have been out. He teaches engaging lessons, has excellent rapport with students, and always balances empathy and accountability.
