The Pathway Program currently has four students who have been Volunteering in the Readiness Program located downstairs from the Pathways Program. These students have an opportunity to earn time to spend with three to five-year-old kids. The kids love to see the old kids down to play with them and to read to them. Some of our Pathway students are interested in going into early child-care in the future. This experience allows students real-life exposure to this job setting and expectations. Pathways students can then use this experience when filling out job applications and writing resumes.
