Mrs. Harvey is a Reading Interventionist and provides reading support to HRA’s students who have particular difficulties with reading comprehension. Mrs. Harvey has been a member of the High Road family since September 2017, when she joined as an Assistant Teacher. In January 2019, Mrs. Harvey transitioned into the reading support role. “I like to be able to work one on one with a student and really get through to them and see them light up when they figure something out,” Mrs. Harvey stated of her new position.
Colleagues describe Mrs. Harvey as a “flexible, caring, and consistent” coworker who is “always willing to help around the school.
Mrs. Harvey shared that she enjoys working at HRA and “likes our smaller atmosphere and how we are able to reach more kids than in a big public domain.
