Two Excel Middle Years Academy students were honored for their leadership and personal growth during an upscale gala held by The Lee Monument Foundation, non-profit organization designed to help families that can’t afford to purchase a headstone for their child. The event marked the culmination of a yearlong leadership program aimed at empowering young students with the skills and confidence to lead.
