Mr. Ryan is a great asset to our program and is a positive male role model for all of our students. The boys in our elementary room respect him and look up to him for support and guidance. He holds the students accountable but also quickly forms positive relationships with all of our students. Our staff selected Mr. Ryan for the staff of the month because he is a solid object for our students. He follows our model and is consistent both in the classroom and out. Whether he is in class doing his TA role, helping out in time-out or teaching our kids some basketball skills he is always willing to jump in wherever he is needed. This year Mr. Ryan has definitely stepped up and taken a leadership role with our gym classes and in our elementary classroom. He is willing to jump into any situation and handle it appropriately. He can form relationships quickly with our students, and they have mutual respect for each other. Great Job Mr. Ryan!
