New Special Education School Opens in Jefferson City, Bringing Support Closer to Home
High Road School of Cole County Opens in Jefferson City
High Road School of Cole County has officially opened its doors in Jefferson City, expanding access to specialized education services for students with disabilities across central Missouri.
As part of Specialized Education Services, Inc., the new campus serves students in grades K to 12 whose academic, behavioral, or emotional needs require a more individualized learning environment.
The school provides structured academic programming, therapeutic supports, and small classroom settings designed to help students build confidence, stability, and long-term success.
The opening of this campus means families in the Jefferson City area now have access to specialized services closer to home, reducing travel and increasing community connection.
