Students at High Road School of Cole County earned a pumpkin painting activity by demonstrating positive behavior, attentiveness and safe choices throughout the school day.

On Wednesday, October 2, students at High Road School of Cole County had the opportunity to participate in a pumpkin painting activity as an incentive for positive behavior.
Ten students, ranging in age from 8 to 17, earned the opportunity to participate by demonstrating safe and calm behavior, using appropriate school language, and staying attentive during lessons and schoolwork.
Celebrating Positive Behavior
The activity gave students a chance to be creative while celebrating the positive choices they had made throughout the school day.
Students enjoyed painting their pumpkins and were excited to see their finished creations displayed in front of the school.
