When Brandy Torres lost motivation during the pandemic and left high school, he never imagined how much his story would change. With encouragement from those who believed in him, Brandy found his way back to learning, and his path led him to Excel Academy South.

Here, Brandy discovered a community that saw his potential and helped him rebuild his confidence, one step at a time. That same sense of belonging later drew him to Manor College, where he’s now pursuing a degree in Liberal Arts with dreams of becoming a school counselor.
