Celebrating Zion B and His Journey to Graduation

High Road Academy of Howard County is excited to shine the spotlight on one of our high school seniors, Zion B., who first joined our community in August 2021 as an 8th grader. Over the past five years, Zion has demonstrated meaningful academic growth while facing personal adversity and challenges, showing resilience, maturity, and a strong commitment to his goals.

Ms. K. Davis, HRA’s School Social Worker, shared that “Zion has shown incredible perseverance over the years, navigating academic, social, peer-related, and environmental challenges with strength and determination.”

Looking Ahead to Graduation

As he prepares to graduate this spring, we are proud to celebrate Zion as part of our High Road Academy community. We look forward to seeing the many ways he will continue to grow and shine throughout the remainder of this school year and in the future.
