Student Spotlight: Bob
Bob has been attending Sierra School of Gilbert since August 2021 in the high school Community-Based Instruction classroom. The model for students in this classroom includes academic instruction and vocational training with on-site and off-site job sampling multiple times throughout the week. Through Bob’s participation in this program, he has gained part-time employment at Social Spin outside of school hours.
Social Spin has been a long-term community partner where students visit weekly to practice and generalize job skills. We are so proud of Bob and this wonderful opportunity for paid employment.

- Wash With Care: Wednesdays from 8am – 12pm
- Daily Heat Relief Center: 12pm – 6pm
