Sierra School of Gilbert Makes Positive Choices Worth Celebrating

Sierra School of Gilbert celebrates students each week for demonstrating positive behavior, commitment, and growth through the school’s CASE Incentive Program.
Students earn points for being Considerate, Accountable, Safe, and Engaged, or CASE. They can use those points to participate in weekly activities that recognize their effort and reinforce positive choices.
Something to Look Forward to Each Week
There is something for students to look forward to throughout the week. The CASE VIP Lounge kicks things off on Mondays, followed by a pizza party on Tuesdays. Students can earn a Circle K trip on Wednesdays and visit the CASE Store on Thursdays.
Fun Friday events cap off the week with additional activities students can earn the opportunity to attend. These incentives give students tangible goals to work toward. They also help students see how their choices throughout the school day can lead to positive outcomes.
Building Confidence Through Positive Choices
At Sierra School of Gilbert, the CASE model is part of the school culture. Students are encouraged each day to try new things, accept challenges, and build confidence and independence that support long-term success.
Regular recognition also gives staff another way to celebrate students’ progress. That progress may involve classroom expectations, behavior, or individual goals. The weekly activities bring those accomplishments to life and give students opportunities to enjoy what they have achieved.
Celebrating Student Growth
“These events have made a big impact on our students’ performance and growth and help make our school special,” said Matt Drowne, director of Sierra School of Gilbert.
“We live CASE each day and we see the profound impact our positive reinforcement program has on student outcomes.”
Supporting Success in School and Beyond
Sierra School of Gilbert provides individualized instruction in smaller, structured classrooms designed to support students’ academic, social, and behavioral growth.
The private day school combines an evidence-based approach with specialized services and dedicated educators. Together, they help students build the skills and confidence they need to succeed in school and beyond.
