SESI Announces 2026 Teacher and Staff of the Year

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, has announced its 2026 Teacher and Staff of the Year winners, recognizing educators and team members who demonstrate exceptional dedication to students and school communities across the country.

Celebrating Excellence in Education

This year’s honors were awarded to Antonela Qyra, a special education teacher at High Road School of Hartford in Connecticut, and Raynard Gillispie, a behavior support specialist at Excel Academy of Roseland in Chicago.

Selected from a competitive group of campus, regional, and divisional winners, both recipients have made a meaningful impact through their commitment to student growth, support, and success.

Recognizing Educators Who Make a Difference

Now in its fifth year, SESI’s Teacher and Staff of the Year program celebrates educators, behavior specialists, social workers, paraprofessionals, and support staff who go above and beyond to help students thrive in specialized learning environments.

The awards highlight the dedication, leadership, and student-centered approach that define schools and classrooms throughout the SESI network.
