Celebrating Our September 2026 Student Spotlight

Student Spotlight: Selena

Selena has absolutely rocked it this month! As our very first Student of the Month for the new school year, she has started the year off on an amazing note.

Throughout her first month back at school, Selena has shown tremendous growth in her ability to be patient, kind, understanding, and respectful with both staff and peers.

Showing Growth and Positive Decision-Making

She has come to class ready to learn and has demonstrated wonderful self-control and positive decision-making.

Selena has successfully remained in her classes throughout the month without leaving unexpectedly, and she has handled challenging moments without becoming frustrated or needing to use the quiet room. She has also consistently used polite and respectful language with those around her.

A Positive Start to the School Year

We are incredibly proud of the progress Selena has made and the positive attitude she has brought to our High Road School of Sussex County community.

Congratulations, Selena, on being our first Student of the Month! You have truly earned it!
