High Road School of York Receives Generous Donation from PCS

High Road School of York recently received a generous donation from Powder Coating Specialists, a local company that supports students and schools in the community. The PCS Donation provided new physical education equipment that students can use during classes and school activities.

Through the efforts of Derek K. at PCS, who connected with High Road School of York Director Mr. Johnson, the school received two new basketball hoops. PCS also donated basketballs and footballs, giving students more opportunities to stay active and engaged during physical education.

Students Help Assemble New Equipment

The donation also created an opportunity for hands-on learning. A couple of students helped assemble the new basketball hoops and took part in preparing the equipment for use.

That experience made the donation even more meaningful. Students were able to contribute to the setup of equipment they can now enjoy during physical education activities.

Supporting Student Wellness and Engagement

The new equipment has already made a positive impact at the school. Students are excited to use the basketball hoops, basketballs, and footballs during physical education time.

The PCS Donation supports student wellness, movement, and participation while adding more options for active learning throughout the school day.
