Sierra Gilbert Bowling Trip Celebrates Hard Work

Students at Sierra School of Gilbert recently celebrated a successful week with a Fun Friday community outing to Round1.
Throughout the week, students worked hard to earn CASE points. Their efforts gave them the opportunity to participate in a fun afternoon of bowling with classmates and staff.
A Bowling Trip Earned Through Hard Work
The outing gave students a chance to celebrate the rewards of their effort in a fun environment.
Earning CASE points encourages students to work toward positive goals throughout the school week. Experiences like this help students see how their choices and effort can lead to meaningful rewards.
Once at Round1, students were able to relax, have fun, and enjoy time together.
Practicing Skills in the Community
Community outings also create opportunities for learning outside the classroom.
Students practiced social skills while interacting with classmates, staff, and others in the community. They also had opportunities to practice community safety and appropriate behavior in a public setting.
Bowling encouraged students to take turns, support their peers, and enjoy some friendly competition.
These experiences help students practice important skills in real situations. They also give students opportunities to build confidence and strengthen relationships.
Celebrating Student Success
Fun Friday was a well-earned celebration for Sierra Gilbert students.
The outing brought together hard work, positive choices, friendship, and plenty of fun. We are proud of our students and enjoyed seeing them celebrate their accomplishments together.
