Trevor R. Celebrates Growth at High Road School

Recognizing Trevor’s Progress
Trevor has been making wonderful progress in so many areas! Recently, he has shown tremendous growth socially, emotionally, behaviorally, and academically.
Throughout the school day, Trevor is demonstrating stronger self-control and greater independence. He is walking appropriately to class, staying in an orderly line, taking turns, and interacting positively with peers during motor lab and on the playground.
Student Growth Across Academics and Behavior
Trevor has also made great strides in communicating his feelings and needs. He is doing a great job identifying his emotions and expressing when he needs a break.
Academically, Trevor continues to shine in math. He has mastered multiplication, shows a strong understanding of arrays and repeated addition, and is beginning to explore division concepts. He has also improved in reading comprehension, especially when answering who, what, when, and where questions. In addition, vocabulary remains one of Trevor’s many strengths.
The staff at High Road School of Cole County are so proud of Trevor and all the growth he has made! Keep up the great work, Trevor!
A Quick Note From Trevor’s Teacher
“It has been wonderful to see Trevor become more confident, flexible, and willing to participate in activities outside of his normal routine, such as helping make cinnamon rolls for Cinnamon Incentive Day.”
