Sierra School of San Diego’s Rowan excels in math!

Rowan excelled in math when counting dollars and coins up to $10.00! He was engaged when he attended the review and worked hard to count dollars and coins by using his strategies e.g., counting the largest value first, first counting dollars and then cents.

Rowan also engaged in a spontaneous social situation with a peer when he was asked how he was doing. He extended the conversation without prompting and then he filled out his CASE point sheet to start his day!

Rowan is always positive, had a big smile on his face, and he enjoys athletics. He climbed the rope all the way to the top during P.E. while his peers and staff cheered him on. Way to go Rowan!!
