At High Road School of Bucyrus, recognizing the dedication of staff is an important part of building a strong and supportive school community. This staff spotlight highlights Ms. Jaylah as our April Staff of the Month.
Ms. Jaylah has truly been holding it down in the Elementary SPARK classroom this year. Through the addition of new students and changes in support staff, she has remained consistent, flexible, and focused on meeting the needs of every student in her care.
No matter the challenge, Ms. Jaylah shows up each day with a positive attitude and a willingness to do whatever is needed to support her team and students. Her steady presence has made a meaningful impact in the classroom and beyond.
She is a clear student favorite. Her ability to build strong relationships and create a supportive, welcoming environment does not go unnoticed. We are proud to recognize Ms. Jaylah and grateful for the role she plays in strengthening the High Road School of Bucyrus community.
