Sierra Schools Class of 2026 Celebrates Student Achievement

From future plans in film and the arts to careers focused on helping others, graduates across Sierra Schools of Central Arizona are stepping into their next chapters with confidence and purpose. The schools celebrate the Class of 2026 across the Gateway, South Mountain, Scottsdale, and Gilbert campuses.


Sierra School of Gateway Graduates

Sierra School of Gateway celebrated four graduates:

• Andon will attend trade school to become a behavior technician and hopes to one day return to Sierra to work with students.

• Tristan is exploring opportunities in art and is excited to continue developing his creativity.

• Dakota has aged out of the program, and her family looks forward to seeing her continue building skills that support future work opportunities in the community.

• Seth plans to attend community college to pursue his interests in film and podcasting.


Sierra School of Scottsdale Graduates

Sierra School of Scottsdale also celebrated a special group of graduates: Jacek, Jason, and Cameron. Jason and Cameron will attend One Step Beyond, an adult day program.

Kindergarten graduate Haiti J. will start first grade at Sierra School of Scottsdale in the fall.


Sierra School of Gilbert Graduate Recognition

At Sierra School of Gilbert, staff recognized Gage for the leadership and positivity he brought to the Secondary Spark class during his three years at the school. Known for his strong work ethic, humor, and consistent commitment to CASE expectations, Gage became a role model for his fellow classmates. During his senior year, Gage earned a blue, gold, or purple chain every week, demonstrating reliability and positive decision-making.


Sierra School of South Mountain’s First Graduating Class

Sierra School of South Mountain celebrated its first official graduating class with three graduates: Gar, Andrew, and Orlando. Each student brought a unique strength to the school community and leaves with a promising path ahead:

• Gar is known for his quiet strength and willingness to help others, and he plans to serve in the U.S. Marine Corps.

• Andrew brings passion, determination, and a love of music, and he plans to attend Arizona State University to study music.

• Orlando is recognized for his curiosity and thoughtful questions, which inspire those around him to think more deeply and continue seeking understanding.


Sierra School of Peoria Graduates

Rounding out the celebrations is Sierra School of Peoria, which marked the graduation of five outstanding students. Staff said they are incredibly proud of each graduate and the hard work, resilience, and growth they demonstrated throughout their time at the school.

As they begin their next chapter, several graduates will pursue post-secondary education and vocational training opportunities, while others are entering the workforce as they strive toward independent futures.

• Greg will continue his education at West-MEC, where he will be enrolled in the welding program. He looks forward to developing his technical skills and preparing for a career in welding.

• Aidan has secured part-time employment while continuing his education through courses at a local community college, demonstrating both initiative and a strong commitment to his future goals.

We are proud of our graduates’ accomplishments and look forward to all they will achieve.
