High Road School of Bucyrus is excited to recognize Katie B. as our October 2025 Staff of the Month!

Katie has been such a great addition to our team this year as our in-person Speech Therapist. She has quickly built strong relationships with both students and staff, and her positive attitude and teamwork make her a joy to work with each day.

She goes above and beyond to make her sessions engaging and meaningful, meeting students where they are and helping them grow in their communication skills. Her calm, patient approach allows students to feel comfortable and confident, and her ability to connect with them truly makes a difference.

Katie is always willing to step in, offer support, and collaborate with the team. Her positivity, dedication, and constant smile brighten up our building. We’re so thankful to have her on our team.
