Student Spotlights
At High Road School of Hartford High School, we are proud to recognize students who consistently demonstrate our PBIS CASE values of Caring, Accountable, Safe, and Engaged. Since the beginning of the school year, these students have shown exceptional dedication, growth, and leadership across academics, campus life, and community experiences. Each spotlight represents a student who stands out through positive behavior, strong character, and meaningful contributions to our school community.
Bryan
We are excited to shine our Weekly Student Spotlight on Bryan for his outstanding contributions and impressive growth both inside and outside the classroom. Bryan consistently demonstrates positive behavior and engagement during class, always eager to participate and set a kind, respectful example for his peers.
Beyond the classroom, Bryan’s commitment is evident through his active roles at the on-campus coffee shop and the school store, where he greets customers with a friendly demeanor and provides excellent service. His artistic abilities continue to stand out as he shares his creativity through various art projects that inspire his classmates.
Bryan’s development extends into the community with his involvement at a local art gallery, where he has taken on new responsibilities as both a greeter and a barista. Through these meaningful experiences, he has shown remarkable growth in confidence, communication skills, and independence.
We are incredibly proud of Bryan and the positive impact he makes in our school and beyond. We look forward to witnessing all the wonderful things his future holds.
Aidin
This week, we are thrilled to spotlight Aidin Islam for his outstanding contributions to our school community. Aidin consistently demonstrates a positive attitude and strong engagement in class, always eager to participate. His respectful demeanor and dedication to learning set an excellent example for others.
Beyond the classroom, Aidin displays exceptional responsibility by working at both the on-campus coffee shop and the school store, where he greets everyone with a smile and provides excellent service. His hard work in these roles not only helps our campus run smoothly but also contributes to a welcoming and supportive environment for all.
Aidin’s teamwork and positive influence enrich our school community every day. We are proud to recognize Aidin Islam for his hard work, dedication, and the positive impact he has on our school.
Efrain
We are thrilled to recognize Efrain in this week’s Student Spotlight. Efrain is a vibrant and joyful presence in our school, inspiring everyone around him with his positive attitude and boundless energy. He consistently demonstrates excellent behavior by cheerfully following classroom routines and responding well to directions from teachers and staff.
Efrain’s enthusiasm enriches our school community, particularly during activities such as music, movement, and sensory play. We are incredibly proud of his growth, positive influence, and engagement in class.

Leyshka
We are delighted to recognize Leyshka “Ley Ley” Dejesus as our student spotlight this week. Leyshka has consistently demonstrated exemplary character and a commitment to our school’s CASE values of Caring, Accountable, Safe, and Engaged.
This week, she earned outstanding CASE points for her positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to exceed expectations. Her growth and perseverance have not gone unnoticed, and she serves as a true role model within our school community.
We are so proud of Ley Ley’s achievements and look forward to celebrating many more successes in the future. Congratulations, Ley Ley, keep up the fantastic work.
Nichael
We are proud to shine our Student Spotlight this week on Nichael. He has demonstrated outstanding dedication and commitment to our community. He stayed up, actively participated in all rotations, and made impressive progress by reaching Step 4 in our CASE model, which is our highest level.
Not only has he shown personal growth, but Nichael has also gone above and beyond to help make our school a better place for everyone. His helpfulness, positive attitude, and leadership set an excellent example for others.
Congratulations, Nichael. We are proud to have you as part of our school and look forward to seeing all the great things you will continue to accomplish.
