Fun Friday Kickball at Sierra School of Gilbert

Staff vs. Students Celebrate a Great Week
Students and staff at Sierra School of Gilbert celebrated the end of a great week with a friendly Staff vs. Students Kickball game. The event brought the school community together positively and energetically, giving everyone something to look forward to as the week wrapped up.
The friendly competition created an opportunity for students and staff to connect outside of the classroom setting while reinforcing the strong sense of community that defines Sierra Gilbert. Laughter, teamwork, and school spirit were on full display as both teams took to the field for an afternoon of fun.
Earning the Opportunity Through the CASE Program
Participation in the kickball game was earned. To take part in the event, students needed to achieve Step 4 on the Sierra Gilbert CASE program. This expectation encouraged students to stay focused on their goals throughout the week and demonstrate the behaviors required to reach that milestone.
By tying the event to the CASE program, Sierra Gilbert reinforced the importance of accountability, effort, and progress. The opportunity to participate served as meaningful recognition for students who met the criteria.
Ending the Week on a Positive Note
Everyone enjoyed the beautiful weather and the chance to end the week with an engaging activity. The kickball game provided a fun and structured way to celebrate student effort while strengthening connections across the school community.
