Sierra School of Tucson Expands Special Needs Education

Families in Southern Arizona now have another trusted option for personalized special education thanks to Sierra School of Tucson, part of Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI). The newly opened campus was recently featured in Tucson Spotlight for its mission to provide tailored learning environments for students with diverse behavioral and academic needs.
A New Option for Tucson Families
The Tucson campus joins SESI’s growing network of specialized schools across Arizona. Each campus focuses on small class sizes, strong staff-family partnerships, and individualized instruction that helps students gain confidence and life skills.
The Tucson Spotlight article highlights how Sierra School Tucson offers three pathways designed to meet students where they are:
- Spark Program for students with high academic potential who need behavioral support
- Spring Program for students with autism, learning disabilities, or communication challenges
- Bloom Program for students with more intensive cognitive or physical needs
Enrollment began this summer, with families already benefiting from a safe, structured environment that supports both growth and independence.
