Our private day school goes beyond what typical classrooms provide, offering an evidence-based approach including a comprehensive range of specialized services and a team of highly-trained educators to help students—and their families—shine.

High Road School of York is where students with academic, emotional, and behavioral needs uncover their potential through individualized learning that goes beyond what most classrooms can offer. In our private day schools, we meet each student where they are.

Smaller class sizes and high-quality, student-centered instruction allow our teachers, therapists, and staff to build strong connections with each student in nurturing, respectful, structured, and positive learning environments. Drawing from a comprehensive range of specialized services, High Road School educators implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to help each student shine—at school, at home, and in the community.

In other words, we do not tier your student, we tier our supports to uniquely meet your student’s needs. Strong relationships with our students, families, and school district partners are our highest priority. Meet Our Team

With deep experience and dedication to helping all students discover their full potential, our leaders provide an unwavering commitment to supporting our teachers, therapists, and other staff while fostering relationships with families and district partners.

  • Christopher has worked with SESI for ten years, and has been the leader of the school administration team at High Road School of York since opening day in 2019.

    Born in York, Pennsylvania, Christopher attended York Catholic High School and earned an Athletic Scholarship to play Division I football at Saint Francis University. In 2009, He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in criminal justice, and in 2020, earned a Master of Science in Business Management and Leadership.

    Christopher has experience in therapeutic counseling and guiding youth through his mentor program, Elite Success. In addition, he serves as a football coach for Red Lion School District and a 7on7 program. His passion for guiding youth reflects his appreciation for all the individuals who helped him and encouraged him to achieve his goals.

  • As associate director, Jaimen is passionate about fostering a supportive and inspiring school environment where both students and staff thrive. With years of experience in educational leadership, he is honored to contribute to school growth, student success, and team development through collaborative and student-centered approaches.

    Jaimen is a proud former student athlete, having played football on a full scholarship at Temple University, where he also earned a bachelor’s degree. He later earned a master’s degree from the Florida Institute of Technology and is currently pursuing an additional master’s degree to continue growing in his leadership journey.

    Outside of school, Jaimen enjoys spending meaningful time with his family. As a parent, he understands the importance of trusting relationships between families and educators. It’s both a privilege and a personal mission to help every child grow—academically, emotionally, and socially—into their fullest potential.
