We are committed to creating safe, positive, and engaging learning environments where students can reach their full potential. As part of that commitment, we value strong partnerships with families and school districts.

When questions or concerns arise, we encourage you to first connect directly with your school’s leadership. Our School Directors share a common goal with you: supporting your child’s success. Many issues can be resolved through open communication at the school level, and we believe those direct conversations are often the most effective path forward.

However, if you’ve spoken with school staff and still have an unresolved concern, this form provides a direct line to our regional and central leadership teams. We’re here to listen, support, and help ensure your voice is heard.

When to Use This Form

If you are a parent, guardian, or school district representative and have an unresolved concern related to your child’s experience at one of our schools, please use this form to share the details with us. This might include:

  • Concerns about a specific incident
  • Unresolved matters after speaking with school staff
  • Requests for additional support or follow-up
  • Feedback about your experience

Once submitted, your message will be reviewed by our regional and central leadership teams. We will reach out directly to gather any additional information and work toward a resolution. Our goal is to address all submissions promptly, typically within 3–5 business days.
