Sierra Gilbert celebrates Autism Awareness Month

Sierra Gilbert staff, students, families, neighbors, district, and community partners all gathered to celebrate Autism Awareness month with a parade and field day.

Students created tie-dye blue shirts and led a 1/2 mile parade while passing out Autism Awareness bracelets after the parade participants returned to campus for a field day event filled with a bounce house, obstacle course, special guests from Gilbert Police Department, and some yummy treats.
