High Road School of Peoria Celebrates a Memorable End to the School Year

From cheering on the Rivermen minor league ice hockey team at the Peoria Civic Center to hands-on science projects like erupting volcanoes and launching catapults, not to mention making delicious classroom treats, the students at High Road School of Peoria spent another fun school year filled with creativity and a lot of smiles.
The year ended on a high note with an exciting Field Day celebration. Students, staff, and parents enjoyed frozen treats from the Kona Ice shaved ice truck, while younger students bounced through the day in a colorful inflatable. Slip-and-slides, carnival games, face painting, and friendly competitions kept the energy high and the fun nonstop. Students loved winning prizes and challenging their classmates in a spirit of joy and connection.
“It’s been a joy to watch our students grow, explore, and have fun while learning,” said Shannon Hines, LSW, MSW, director of High Road School of Peoria.
A heartfelt congratulations to the Class of 2025 graduates, Aiden, Ella, and Quentin! We’re so proud of you and can’t wait to see what you do next.
