Creativity and Innovation on Display at The High Road School of Wallingford

The High Road School of Wallingford recently hosted its third annual Creativity and STEM Fair, giving students the opportunity to showcase their talents both through artistic expression and science-based exploration.
The fair encouraged students to think creatively. Elementary students made felt puppets, while intermediate and middle school students built birdhouses.
Select high schoolers wrote creative opinion pieces such as ethical hacking benefits, why we should have early dismissal every Friday, and why May 4 should be a holiday. Others focused on hands-on STEM work, including science and engineering builds, landform models, and demonstrations on how to grow crystals. Additional exhibits included canvas paintings and diamond art inspired by world history.
The Fair is a highlight of the school year, offering students a platform to explore their passions and share their hard work with peers and staff.
