Sierra Strong is a morning exercise program focusing on getting ready for the school day by participating in energizing activities that will help to maintain focus, and attention to the ‚Äčtask. Participating in Sierra Strong helps us to have a strong body and strong mind. Below is the schedule of events that happen daily from 8:30am-9am:

Monday: Marathon Monday
Tuesday: Foundational gross motor skills
Wednesday: Yoga
Thursday: Circuit training- strength conditioning core bilateral integration
Friday: Games and cooperative play and sportsmanship
