I’m so thankful for High Road School of Wright City. Robert, my son, used to hate school so much. Once my son entered into High Road School, his life changed. He began to look forward to school. He began to learn basic skills, and he became a happier person overall. I’m so thankful that there is a place like that for him and this world.

I’m very thankful for the teachers High Road School for helping my son and giving him the opportunity to be himself and grow within himself. He is a completely different person happier and he stopped some of the negative behaviors. He has learned very healthy coping mechanisms with his autism. He can dress himself and he can brush his teeth. He learned how to cope with his own anxieties and frustrations and healthy ways. He’s beginning to speak and contribute to a conversation with his family members and others and answer questions and tell his needs verbally.

He comes home smiling and can tell me about his day. He comes home with rewards and he feels like he’s a part of something good. He’s proud of his school and he’s proud of himself. He looks forward to going to school every day and see that smile on his face is priceless and all a parent can hope for.

I like the personal attention our son receives at High Road School of Wright City! Understanding his situation and adapting to his needs as well. Always available to family and our son for questions and guidance in what it takes for him to thrive and be successful.
