I like the support from the staff at Excel Academy. If there’s an issue, the staff does a great job attending to it, with great customer service in mind. That is very important. I also like that the students are cared for in, and after school. They are managed not only by women but also by a slew of men who actually care. It’s not easy dealing with hundreds of students at once, especially in these times. I feel that my child is safe when I drop him off. Very strict professional staff they mean business. It’s amazing family there. We felt welcome from the entrance of the door!!! My child coming into a new environment. My child is from Belize.
