We are getting back into the swing of things here at Lockerman. With half our population working virtually and the other here in the building, we had to get creative on how to make our students feel like it was business as usual.
In Science, our 7th graders are learning about the plant and animal cells and 8th grade is learning about lab safety and what goes into making an element. In Exploratory Language, we are studying different Spanish speaking countries. We have also started to knock out our assessments to better support our students moving forward. It wouldn’t be LMS if we didn’t throw in some fun. Mr. Jeff put together a fun ice breaker for the class, naming Chick-Fil-A our class favorite fast-food restaurant! We are all on this adventure together and our staff is working hard to keep students motivated and safe during all the changes that may come!
