Since the school shut down in March, students and teachers alike have been nothing but resilient, acclimating to the ins and outs of this new adventure we’re on. Students have been trickling in and have adjusted well to new experiences such as Zooming with their Gen. Ed. teachers for the first time and greeting their specials teachers, some new and some familiar.

New stress tools have made their way into our class, like these foam blocks that a couple of students have acquired a liking to. We are also pleased to announce that 99% of our class is keeping a steady “blue streak” by staying on the blue level, the highest level they can obtain in elementary. We all are looking forward to a productive year in our virtual and in-person teaching experience at High Road School.
