Sierra’s ACT program, or Academic Career Transition program, works hard on teaching student’s community-based instruction as well as continuing to work on core academics that will help further students’ abilities in college and the workplace. The students are very passionate about their program and love to share all they do with the team and families. Please read some of the highlighted journals from our students in transition!

These are 4 things that I could tell someone about the ACT program at Sierra Academy of San Diego. The 1st thing that I can tell someone about the ACT program is we learn how to behave in the classroom and out in the community. The 2nd thing that I can tell someone about the ACT program is we can work for different rewards inside and outside of the classroom. And the 3rd thing that I could tell someone about the ACT program is we learn about different jobs and careers in the world.  And the 4th thing that I could tell someone about the ACT program is we can get jobs on campus and off campus. These are 4 things I could tell someone about the ACT program at Sierra Academy of San Diego.

There are three things I could tell someone about ACT. One thing I could tell them is about our mobility trips. Another thing we do is cooking projects. One final thing we do is help out with snack shop for all the other students. These are three things I could tell someone about ACT.

I’m writing 3 things I could tell someone about ACT. First, ACT stands for Adult Career Transition. Second, we do mobility, lunch outings, field trips and other activities. Lastly, we go to job sites and learn to manage finance. These are 3 things I could tell someone about ACT.
