Souther Maryland’s younger students have had a rise in not only iReady results, but in overall grades as well. Students have really brought into the model of the school and are going to their teacher Ms. Smith, but their instructional assistant Mr. Barnes when they have troubles with work or questions with work that was given. Mr. Barnes provides a new and innovative way of teaching lessons to the students and relating what they are learning to life lessons.
