In the month of February, Sierra School of Phoenix students and staff set a goal to work together on increasing the amount of time every student spends in class and increasing instructional time by reducing the amount of physical management incidents that occur over the month. After a careful review of monthly physical management data, students and staff determined that a 25% reduction in physical management would be a significant achievement worthy of a celebration.
On Mon 3/2, Sierra Staff and Students celebrated accomplishing this goal with a game truck and pizza party.
