Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss

All of our students and staff enjoy a great Dr. Seuss book, so what better way to celebrate his birthday and all of his books then a Dr. Seuss Spirit Week! Each day there was a different Dr. Seuss theme. Students on out students’ activities committee developed the schedule, received approval from our school director and then typed it up and passed it out to all of our students and staff. “My favorite day was PJ day,” says Marquita, one of our high school students. Ms. Lindsey, the Education Director says, “One of my favorite memories from school was reading Dr. Seuss books with my teachers and peers, and now I get to be doing the same thing but as the director of the school and making amazing memories for our students.” Isaac, from our elementary classroom says, “I was excited to wear a Dr. Seuss hat and it was fun!”
