Sierra Sonoma blue and green level students took a trip to the Sonoma County Children’s Museum. The students really enjoyed playing in the catch and release pond. Here they were able to catch plastic fish then tinker with pipes, finding a new way to release the plastic fish. This kept these kids entertained forever! Once we went inside the students were able to play with telescopes, observe live beehives and check their heartbeat in a play doctor’s office. Before heading back to school the three students came together and put on a play for the staff. Two of the students used puppets to act out their stories while the other student controlled the lights and curtains. It was a great trip!
