Who’s ready for iReady? Lockerman Middle School that’s who!!!! When informed about the upcoming iReady testing LMS met the challenge head with a class-wide incentive. With the help of our Caroline Co. High Road social worker Ms. Ileana, visuals were posted around the classroom to help motivate our students to push past their last iReady scores. By not being flagged for rushing or scoring 10- 20 + points more than their last test, students could earn “High Road Bucks” to shop at our classroom store! We didn’t stop there, we also created an incentive for lessons passed in both reading and math. Once a student reaches 10 passed lessons they earn a “Free Rotation Pass”!!!! Lukas was lucky enough to be our first winner!!!
