High Road Academy recently formed a chorus composed of about 12-15 students from both lower and upper schools. For their first performance, the students went to Morningside House of Laurel, a senior community living in Laurel, MD. They sang classic winter holiday songs like Frosty the Snowman, Jingle Bells, and Silent Night. The audience was so delighted to hear them sing with such joy, happiness and enthusiasm. We were all very proud of everyone including our staff, Miss Currie, who surprised us with her amazing singing voice and playing the piano for the senior residents. It is indeed a wonderful time of the year.
