Ms. Kimmi has had an impact on her colleagues by always bringing a smile to their faces. She is so positive, caring, and has a great sense of humor. Ms. Kimmi works with Mr. Will in English and whenever you’re in their room, if you can’t find Kimmi, it’s because she is working diligently with a student at their desk. She truly is the balance of accountability and empathy in supporting students success in accessing their education. Not only do the students appreciate her in the class, but they appreciate her love for hot sauce and animals. Over the last 6 years since Kimmi has been at High Road, she has brought several animals into our lives. She teaches the students (and staff) compassion, animal facts, and patience.
