Mr. Ortiz shows up for work each day with a positive outlook on every situation he walks into. He has been an extremely uplifting support to his 1:1 student and has followed his behavior intervention plan with fidelity. This has created academic and behavioral growth for this student specifically.
Mr. Ortiz is always willing to help students within the classroom environment and in times of crisis. He is extremely caring and always wants the best for the students within our building. He has done an amazing job following his 1:1 students BIP and it shows via the growth his student has made.
