High Schoolers Develop App for Emotional Regulation

On Thursday December 5th local IT specialist and freelance app developer Mr. Jason visited the high school classroom to help them design an app for emotional regulation. The students brainstormed during previous groups with Mrs Alisha about what needs the app would address and how it would help them, and Mr. Jason worked on it coding before visiting the school. During their time the students picked colors, images, application functions and learned some coding! The app’s name is “Flip” and Mr. Jason hopes to have it completed before Christmas break!
