Our blue and gold students took a field trip to Liberty Nursing Home in the morning to visit residents who had served our country. That afternoon, three local veteran’s volunteered their time and visited students at the school. They brought a visual display along with a great lesson on Veteran’s Day. The students really enjoyed asking them questions.
