Merry-Go-Round

With our school playground under construction, our Easton Elementary students were able to earn a very special incentive- going to the nearby community playground for Fun Friday! Students were required to be on the highest two behavior levels in order to earn this reward, meaning they needed to display appropriate behavior and complete all academic tasks leading up to this field trip. While at the playground, E’Monte and Thomas were able to play basketball, dig in the sand, run across the balance beam, and even just relax in the sun for a while on a nearby bench. The most popular activity was by far the merry- go-round despite the resulting motion sickness. The boys were quick to shake it off though, and were already talking about their next opportunity to visit the park on the way back to school!
