Seashore Leadership Academy students were recently invited to participate in a teen summit at Atlantic City High School to discuss important issues, including violence in the local community. Atlantic City, N.J., Mayor Marty Small organized the panel discussion, which also included Seashore Leadership’s own School Director Ray Strickland and popular author, speaker, and social media influencer Wallace Peeples, better known as Wallo267. Seashore Leadership Academy hosted a Back to School Night at Kelsey's, a historical soul food restaurant in Atlantic City.  Our staff members, students, parents, Atlantic City school administrators, and the Honorable Mayor of Atlantic City, Mr. Marty Small Sr., were in attendance. Mayor Small addressed the crowd with a heartfelt motivational speech and stayed for dinner.  Students and parents enjoyed the opportunity to speak with staff regarding their student's progress and win door prizes.
